Fresh Baked Nachos

Serves: 4 servings

Flour

Ingredients

Tortilla chips

Five TortillaLand® Flour Tortillas

1 tablespoon of vegetable oil

Sea salt for taste


Toppings

½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup of sliced black olives

2 tablespoons cilantro

⅓ cup of salsa


Guacamole

2 ripe avocados

1 tablespoon of minced sweet onion

Black pepper & sea salt to taste

Juice of half of one lime

1 tablespoon cilantro


Preparation

Preheat oven to 350℉. Using a pizza slicer, cut a stack of fiveTortillaLand® Flour Tortillas into 8 triangles.

 

Place tortilla triangles into the oil and coat evenly. Spread them on 2 parchment-lined baking sheets and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 7 minutes.

 

Make guacamole by mashing avocados with a fork until creamy. Add in cilantro, pepper, salt, and lime juice.

 

Once tortilla chips are done, remove from oven and sprinkle with cheese. Place them back into the warm oven and bake them for another 1-2 minutes until cheese melts. Serve with olives, cilantro, guacamole, & salsa. Enjoy!
