Recipe: Asian Chicken Tacos
PERFECT FOR- Quick Weeknight Dinner, Entertaining Friends, Kid Friendly.
SERVING SIZE: Makes 8 Tacos
1 (30 oz.) TortillaLand® Uncooked Flour Tortillas
1 (21 oz.) Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade & Sauce
1 (13 oz.) Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame® Dressing & Sauce
1 (16 oz.) Package Tri-color Coleslaw
2 cups Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips, heated
STEP 1: in a medium bowl, combine the Tyson® Grilled & Ready® Fully Cooked Chicken Breast Strips and 1⁄4 cup Soy Vay® Veri Veri Teriyaki® Marinade and Sauce. Set aside.
STEP 2: preheat a non-stick skillet to medium heat (400F).
STEP 3: place 1 TortillaLand® Uncooked Flour Tortilla into the skillet and cook for 30 seconds until slightly golden and the tortilla begins to puff. Flip the tortilla over and cook for an additional 30 seconds. Remove cooked tortilla from heat.
STEP 4: place 2 tbsp. of the chicken on the bottom half of the tortilla. Top with 2 tbsp. of the coleslaw mix and drizzle with 1 tsp. Soy Vay® Toasted Sesame Dressing and Sauce. Fold the tortilla over the filling and serve.
