Slow Cooker Cream Green Chile Chicken Tacos

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
2 cups salsa verde (homemade or store bought)
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
Chopped white onion
Crumbled Queso Fresco cheese
Place the chicken breasts and salsa verde in the slow cooker, cover and cook on high for 4 hours or low for 8 hours. Allow to cool a bit and then remove the chicken breasts and shred them.
Remove all but 1 cup of the liquid from the slow cooker, and stir in the Greek yogurt. Return the chicken to the slow cooker and stir to completely coat it with the creamy green chile sauce. Replace the lid.
