Pear Cheesecake Quesadilla
Pear Cheesecake QuesadillaNo matter the occasion, this pear cheesecake dessert quesadilla recipe is a perfect addition to your party menu! It's elegant yet not too fussy, and most importantly it's absolutely delicious. A platter of these dessert quesadillas will be gobbled up in no time but any leftovers can be refrigerated and eaten the next day. They’re delicious cold too!

1 (12ct or 18ct) package of TortillaLand® flour tortillas
12 ounces whipped cream cheese
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
Dash of cinnamon
1-2 Fresh pears
1/4 of a tablespoon
In a pan over medium heat, cook the tortillas according to package instructions and set them aside. Once the tortillas are cooked, cut the pears into thin slices, about 24 slices per pear.
Mix together the whipped cream cheese, brown sugar, and vanilla with an electric mixer. Spread a 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick layer of the cream cheese mixture on one tortilla and top with pears. Sprinkle with cinnamon, and place another tortilla on top.
Melt butter in a pan over medium-low heat and cook the dessert quesadilla until the cream cheese mixture is warmed and the tortillas are slightly crisp, flipping once.
Cut into quarters, serve and enjoy!
