Take our recipe for Turkey Pesto TortillaLand Wraps. It's a perfect combination of leftover turkey, fresh pesto and fresh, uncooked TortillaLand tortillas. It's a multi-cultural mix of American, Mexican and Italian and a big post-Thanksgiving crowd-pleaser. Here's our recipe.
Pesto
- 3 Cups: Basil Leaves (You can use ½ Spinach and half Basil)
- 1 Cup: Pine Nuts (You can use ½ Pine Nuts and half almonds)
- 1 Cup: Olive Oil
- 1/2 Cup: Parmesan Cheese
- 3 Cloves: Garlic (Fresh)
- 1/4 Cup: Lemon Juice
- 1 Teaspoon: Salt
Directions: Put Pine Nuts in a food processor until small particles. Add garlic and ½ of the oil add salt and lemon juice. Add basil and the rest of the oil adding at the end the cheese.

To Make the Turkey Pest Wrap:
- In one side of a Flour Tortilla put some of the pesto to cover evenly
- Add the Turkey leftovers
- Add some of your favorite cheese
- If you like add tomato slices
- Fold the Wrap and cook on the grill with some butter
