For those of you who need a little help for the yummy tortillas Therese's husband gave us two weeks ago, here's a site to make your mouth water. And a creation for me as well. I bought some Halibut cheeks from Costco a few days ago, dipped them in egg and some in panko crumbs; then, quickly fried them in hot oil.
I made a little tartar sauce with some mayo, finely chopped garlic and onion, a good dose of chopped capers, salt and pepper and a dash of lemon juice. I wrapped them in some red onion and cabbage.
It was HEAVENLY. And this is from someone who hates fish!

Costco has them in the refrigeration section and Fred Meyers has them in the deli section. If you can't find them, ask the clerk where they have them and check their recipes out.
The pictures you're seeing are from our recipes section which we hope encourages you to check them out.
Thank so much for sharing, Elaine. In addition to receipes, we also have a store locator and, if your store doesn't have, a product request form.
Do you have a recipe to share with us? We love to hear it.
