  • Gluten-Free
  • Easy to cook in as little as 60 seconds
  • Contain NO preservatives, NO cholesterol and NO saturated fats
  • And are always a big crowd pleaser because they taste great!

TortillaLand fresh, uncooked corn tortillas are back at select Costco and we are thrilled.

Did you know you would win 3 iPads (1 for you and 2 for friends) in the TortillaLand iPad sweepstakes?

Well, if you didn't, you can. They say a picture is worth a thousand words so we did a video and a QR code to give you all the details in as pictoral a form as possible. Just watch or scan.

TortillaLand is different from most other tortillas you'll find in grocery stores. Our tortillas are made fresh from 5 simple ingredients - wheat flour, water, canola oil, salt and sugar.

To bring this freshness and simplicity of ingredients to you, we insist TortillaLand tortillas are kept in your grocery store's refrigerated section. Since you sometimes have to look a little harder to find us, last month, we introduced new packaging. Consumers who liked our tortillas said they couldn't find us. That was hard for us to take. We thought long and hard about how best to do this.

TortillaLand, the fresh, uncooked tortillas, made from 5 simple incredients, is giving away 3 iPads - 1 for you and 2 for friends - to 1 lucky winnner in the TortillaLand iPads Sweepstakes.

Did you ever notice how the dimensions of an iPad and the TortillaLand package resemble one another?

After all, they are both flat and rectangular. So we thought what a great reason to have a sweepstakes!  Starting September 1 and going until October 31, you could win 3 iPads. 1 for you and 2 to give away.

Did you know most tortillas are fully cooked when they arrive at your store?

All you're doing is heating them up. Maybe that's why some taste like cardboard.

Did you also know in the same time it takes to heat up un-fresh tortillas, you could be cooking up fresh tortillas. All it takes is as little as 60 seconds and you're tasting their chewy and toasty goodness?

So why have tortillas that are un-fresh and cooked when you could have fresh, uncooked tortillas?

One thing we try to do at TortillaLand is keep things simple.

That's why you can make our fresh, uncooked tortillas in as little as 60 seconds (30 seconds per side) on just a griddle or a grill.  People tell us once they've tried our tortillas they never go back to having them any other way.

The words in the title are not ours.  They come from Elaine Sandbeck, a realtor in Seattle, and our guest blogger.  Elaine wrote to thank us for having a recipe tab on this website; then, like so many of us, went in her own direction.

We not only encourage this way of thinking; we found her creation so interesting, we're sharing it with you.

Nothing makes us happier than to hear people say they love our uncooked, fresh tortillas. It's why we look forward to coming to work in the morning. Really.

Here some recent posts from our Facebook page to show you what we mean.

"We tried your flour tortillas last night for the first time. We had them again this morning for the second time. We are hooked!" - Don Rogers

"These are great! They can be used for many cooking adventures. I love making mini pizza's with them... as well as yummy breakfast egg burritos." - Christine N. Benjamin

"LOVE ME some Tortilla Land Flour Tortillas." - Rachel Howard

Now that the grilling season is in full swing, have you considered how good fresh tortillas are when they are cooked on the grill?

Maybe we're a little biased because we make fresh tortillas that take as little as 60 seconds to make when the grill is nice and hot - 30 seconds, flip, another 30 second and they're ready and taste great!

But we're not the only ones.  People who've tried TorillaLand fresh, uncooked tortillas on the grill say they are so easy to make and taste so good, once you've tried one for yourself, there is no other way to go.  Here are some of their reasons and pictures of their results.
